  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Smart village surveillance solutions
  • Warranty registration and service requests

3. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with others
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Order Placement

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) including GST
  • Product images are for representation only; actual product may vary

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment upon product delivery
  • PhonePe: UPI payments via PhonePe gateway
  • UPI: GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps
  • Cards: Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

4.3 GST & Invoicing

  • All prices include 18% GST unless specified otherwise
  • GST invoice will be provided for all orders
  • Business address and GSTIN will be mentioned on invoices

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline: 5-7 business days for standard delivery
  • Delivery Charges: Calculated based on location and order value
  • Service Areas: We deliver across India; some remote areas may have extended delivery times
  • Undeliverable Orders: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply
  • Installation: Installation services (if opted) will be scheduled within 3 days of delivery

6. Return & Refund Policy

6.1 Return Eligibility

  • 7-Day Return: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Condition: Product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Proof Required: Original invoice and unboxing video (for defective products)

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with tampered/removed serial numbers
  • Customized or installed products
  • Products damaged due to misuse

6.3 Refund Process

  • Inspection: Returned products will be inspected within 3 business days
  • Refund Timeline: 7-10 business days after approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (bank transfer for COD)
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless product is defective

7. Warranty Terms

  • Manufacturer Warranty: As per manufacturer's terms (typically 1-3 years)
  • Registration Required: Warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase
  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects only; does not cover physical damage or misuse
  • Service: Free repair/replacement during warranty period
  • AMC Option: Annual Maintenance Contracts available after warranty expiry

8. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Place fraudulent orders or misuse COD facility
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise our systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Spam or abuse our customer support

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the property of Deccan Eye and protected by Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
